Hey, I’m Sam.

I like to think of myself as a pretty fun loving, down to earth guy.

While I might seem cool and calm on the surface.. full disclosure I’m a bit of a weirdo. I like milk in my 2 minute noodles, and my version of binging Netflix is binging tech reviews and self help videos. Childhood trauma anyone?

I’m a muso at heart, and picked up guitar and drums when I was 7. For me, film and music go hand in hand and I love to explore the relationship between the two in my work.

I love a good sci-fi flick, the smell of sunrise but most of all, i love being a dad and hope one day Willow will come and shoot alongside me!

Hey, I’m Nick!

Art, creativity, and people are the magic in life- that’s what fills my cup.

Having recently married my best friend, Liesl, it’s given me a new perspective on weddings and a much deeper appreciation of the amount of time, energy and sanity that goes into these events! With that appreciation for what it’s like on the other side, I get even more excited about filming these momentous and magical days.

I’m very much a go-with-the-flow kind of person-grounded and chill. A bit of that certainly comes in handy for things like wedding days. I was a professional tattoo artist for 10 years, so I have an eye for detail and have lots of experience working collaboratively with clients in making their concepts come to life.

When not shooting weddings I’m likely somewhere out in nature or pulling apart a film camera to see how it works (and then putting it back together) or drawing and making art.

I’d say exploring and travel is my number one favourite thing - planet earth is full of so many cool places to explore and I love getting amongst it.

Hey, I’m Liesl!

I’m the bubbly one. The hype girl. The organiser, detail-noticer, happy-tear-crier and “we’ve absolutely got this” person.

I’m also a high school art teacher, so I spend my days surrounded by creativity, colour and young people figuring out who they are. I absolutely love bringing ideas to life and creating things that make people feel something — whether that’s through art, a camera, an event, or simply bringing the right people together.

When it comes to weddings, I’m all about making you feel like the absolute best version of yourselves. I love creating beautiful visuals, but I’m just as interested in the people in front of the camera. Ultimately, I want you to feel comfortable, celebrated and completely yourselves around us. Because your wedding isn’t a photoshoot. It’s your people, your story, your weird little moments and all the beautiful chaos in between.

When I’m not teaching or filming weddings, you’ll probably find me making art, getting creative with a camera, surrounded by my fur-babies, wandering somewhere in nature with Nick, or getting unnecessarily excited about anything sparkly and beautiful. I have a slight obsession with the little details — the ones that make an ordinary moment feel a bit magical.
